the experience we had at Louisville Motors was the most pleasant ever when purchasing a used car! I explained (vis cell phone) to Ahmed (owner/salesman) that we had test driven numerous Mercedes only to be disappointed with either obvious mechanical issues but mostly because the vehicles we drove had awful smells. He assured us that no pet odors, cigarette smoke or mildew problems existed. He gave us a great deal $1000+) less than competitors and when he told us the paperwork would be resolved and title issued promptly it was only a week to have the papers in my hand....as promised! Great experience for my wife and I.

Purchased 2007 Mercedes S550. Great condition and was a local trade-in. Clean carfax and well maintained. Ahmed(Owner) went on test drive with me explained all features as well as the history of the vehicle. Most importantly, he operated in INTEGRITY. I left an initial down payment on it on a Wednesday (12/28/22) and picked it up on Friday (12/30 /2022). Came to find out that after I left my deposit some other customers came in and offered him more for the car than what I was paying for it and he Declined the offer(s). At the end of the day, that's what it's about. That's what keeps people coming back to his establishment. It's about the money, but it's NOT about the money . He's about the PEOPLE. He followed up with me AFTER my purchase to check on my continued satisfaction of the purchase .Got it home and did a more detailed inspection of the car and found it had more maintenance done than what was even noted on the Carfax. CUSTOMER SERVICE at it's BEST!!!!!!!!!!

We have now purchased two vehicles from Louisville Motors and they have been exceptional to work with. No high pressure sales. Our most recent purchase ended up with a mechanical problem and had to be towed to a Mercedes dealership. When I contacted Louisville Motors Sam was awesome. Not only did he call the Mercedes dealership but he drove to the dealership to check on our vehicle for us, worked with the dealership to get the repairs done, convinced Mercedes to work with the price of repairs and then even paid half of the repairs himself to make things right. Super customer service, much respect for the folks at Louisville Motors. I highly recommend them for your next vehicle purchase.

The best place in the ville to get a quality low mileage 🚙 car. Ahmed is very knowledgeable and takes good care of of his customer.. he is a very laid back guy and does not pressure anyone into buying but sells and tells it like it is 👍.. I purchased a Benz here a week ago and the car is a beauty .. the deal was a steal to hard to pass on..

I purchased a vintage ,pristine 1999 Mercedes Benz with 33,000 miles on the odometer from LM1. Ahmed treated it with great care.
